about
This was the last song written for SOLACE and sets the theme of questing for spiritual support in a materialist world. It was written Friday, November 13, 2015, during the "Paris attacks." I took a break from the song, turned on the television, and saw the mayhem and pain. The fourth verse came from that. A few of the lyrics ("keyhole moon rising in the closed door mist") came from my walking notebooks.
